Visipay Reports on the one hand was to showcase Reports being written using the built-in report writer for the new Sybiz VisiPay.net. The site is a sister site to this one in that it is running on the same WordPress installation and using the same WordPress database. The look and feel of the site is quite different and it is using different plug-ins, including a simple eCommerce module.
The fact that it was put together to test the notion of the WordPress multi-site capacity rather more than as a serious incursion into the market although as an adjunct to the web design business I have a number of years of experience selling and supporting the Sybiz products including Sybiz VisiPay.net.
